Tips & Techniques Tuesday Block Stamping

Good Morning,
I really like different backgrounds and I like how to make different ones without your background stamps.  The Block stamping technique really gives you great backgrounds, I will show you the technique today and then we will use those to make cards on There's A Card Thursday.
