Tips & Techniques Tuesday - 11-12-13 - Festive Flurry Ornament

OK  I just had to at least once put down 11-12-13 Never again will it be here or at least while I am alive.  Next year it will be 12-13-14.

Hope you are all having a good Tuesday.  Yesterday it started out really nice here in the 50's and then all of a sudden a cold front came in and let me tell you in a matter of minutes it went from warm to cold.  I am glad when I step outside to go do some errands I was dressed for it, though I did have to go back and get a heavier coat.  So I think we may see some snowflakes soon.  I don't think they will be as beautiful as the snowflake I have made, using Festive Flurry Stamp Set and Framelits.  You can get these also in a Bundle with both the stamp set and the framelits and save 15%.

This ornament was inspired by the tags in the Holiday Catalog on pages 12 and 13.  I really like making 3-D ornaments and this one did come out really nice.  I am going to try a Gold, maybe with Very Vanilla instead of Whisper White and use some Regals like Cherry Cobbler and maybe Elegant Eggplant or Perfect Plum.  Would you like to see that? Just let me know.

Here is the video I know it is a little longer than usual but it is well worth it.
