Stampin' Addicts New Catalog Blog Hop - Age Awareness

WOW have you gotten your new Stampin' Up! Catalog?  What do you think? Are you as excited about it as I am.  I just love it there are so many great things in it.  I have fallen in love with a bunch of the new stamp sets and of course I love all the new Designer Series Paper.

I just want to welcome you to the Stampin' Addicts Blog Hop for the 2014 - 2015 Stampin' Up! Catalog.  I start it off but since you can start anywhere you might have just come in from Paula - she is showing off some Sweet Stuff.  Wasn't it sweet?

I am showing off a new Photopolymer set called Age Awareness.  Yes it is a Birthday Set, with 15 stamps, and I really love it, we really needed a jazzy, fun Birthday set and I think this is it.

This set is great for quick, easy, no layer cards. So my first card just flew to of the box when I opened it up.

I used some of the new In-Colors, I love how crisp and clean it is and so easy to do.
Supplies:
Stamp Set - Age Awareness (135381); Ink - Blackberry Bliss (133642), Hello Honey (133643), Tangelo Twist (133646); Card Stock - Whisper White (100730).

Next I tried a little of the new Designer Series paper Moonlight.
Don't you love that color combo.
Supplies: Stamp Set - Age Awareness (135381); Ink - Hello Honey (133643); Card Stock - Hello Honey (133678), Whisper White (100730); Designer Series Paper - Moonlight (133701); Accessories - 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon lost Lagoon (133672), Pearl Basic Jewels (119247), Big Shot (113439), Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (133520), Party Pennants Bigz L Die (133732).

Next one I did for my Technique Class using the Stamp or Emboss Technique.
I just love that technique and it go so well for a Birthday Card.
Supplies: Stamp Set – Age Awareness (135381); Ink - Costal Cabana (131175), Strawberry Slush (131178); Card Stock – Strawberry Slush 8 ½ x 5 ½ (131295), Costal Cabana 5 ½ x 4, 2 ½ x 4 (131297), Watercolor Paper 4 ¼ x 5 ½ (122959); Accessories – Glue Dots (103683), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Sponge Daubers (133773), Pearl Basic Jewels (119247), Big Shot (113439), Magnetic Platform (130658), Chevron Embossing Folder (127749), Deco Labels Framelits (130102), Spray Bottle of Water.

I was going to do a box and I had a really cute idea but I have so many cards I have done with this set and we can only have 4 photos so I said I would just do the cards.  Hope you don't mind.  This next one is a man card. I have a friend (yes i do have one) who has a birthday on July 4th.  I seem to forget it every year,  I remember his birthday as they always shoot fireworks off but I just don't remember to send him a card.  Hopefully I will send his this card before his birthday this year.  At least the card is done.

You think it will make up for forgetting it for years?
Supplies: Stamp Set – Age Awareness (135381); Ink - Chocolate Chip (126979), Soft Suede (126978); Card Stock - Soft Suede (115318), Very Vanilla (101650), Garden Green ( 102584); Accessories - Sponge Daubers ( 133773), Big Shot (113439), Woodgrain Embossing Folder (127821), Flower Frenzy Bigz L (133728).
