Tips & Techniques Tuesday - July 10, 2018 - Coloring Ribbon

Today I would love to show you how to color ribbon.  WE may not have the Organza Ribbon but we do have others such as the 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and the 1/2" Lace Trim.

All of these ribbons above and more can be colored. Let's see how to do it.
