Tips & Techniques Tuesday March 7 let's make Napkin Cards

I went to a party and fell in love with the napkins and really wanted to do something with them.  I loved the colors and they just made me feel happy.  

So I tried the Napkin Technique to make a card with them.  Check out the video on how to do them below.
