Today I want to show you a great and fun technique.  Do you get Photo Paper every time you buy HP ink.  I have a ton of it and I don't print off photos so what do I do with it?  I make great background or fun coloring projects.  To day I am going to show you how to do a Rainbow with sponging on Photo Paper.
