If you have read my newsletter, Facebook or any of my social media lately you know that I am really sad that Lovely as a Tree is retiring. This has been my go to set since I first started being a Demonstrator. Lovely as a Tree has been around since 2001, can you believe that. When I asked folks what stamp sets should I get everyone said Lovely as a Tree. Any new stampers as me it is Lovely as a Tree. You can use it for any type of card, season or person. I have used it for Thank Yous, Birthdays, Sympathy, Thinking of You, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and just note cards. I was waiting for it to come out in cling as it is my only Wood set I have left and it has really been used. Even though we love all our stamp sets we have that one that is our favorite that when you get in a funk and can't create you grab that set and you can make anything you need without thinking. I have used it in countless classes and sent it in hundreds of cards.
I will miss you Lovely as a Tree but you will always be my set that I go to when I need inspiration.
Today I want to show you one of the go to cards you can make, it is a #simplestamping card and is a basis for so many cards you can make. Take this basic design and you can create all the cards you really need.
