New Club Classes
OK this may be a project on the go as I work out all the
little details and we run into additional questions. Here is what I have so
far.
This is a Class Club. I need 5 people in each club.
Each Club will run 5 months. Each person will get to be a hostess
for one month. Each person must order at least $30 worth of Stampin' Up!
Product each month, you can order more but the minimum must be $30
(shipping and taxes will be on top of the $30). This is open to anyone in
the United States . Besides being a hostess and getting all the
Hostess benefits for your month, you will be able to attend 2 non pre - paid
classes each month for just $5. per class (cost of supplies) (this does not
include the Stamping in the Mail Classes).
Details (well as much as I have so far):
1. When you sign up you will be asked which month you would like to host, first
sign up will be the first to choose last sign up will get the last month.
2. By the 20th of the month proceeding I will e-mail all the
club a Hostess code for their club for the next month. So for the April
Club Month I will mail you your hostess code by March 20th.
3. All orders will need to be in by the 10th of the month. If you
have not ordered by the 10th you will get a standard order of 1 Pack of Colored
Cardstock, 1 pack of Whisper White or Very Vanilla Cardstock, 1 pack of
Designer Series Paper and 1 Pack of Stampin' Dimensionals - total $30.35 of
product. Unless you have on file a standard order you would like.
When you order on-line you will need to use the hostess code for that month or
I will also order you the Standard order. If you are not from
Cheyenne and would like to have me order for you you will need to pay
additional shipping from Cheyenne to your house, you can use Paypal for
this or send me a check. Paypal will also include the
Paypal fee.
4. You will be able to attend 2 non- pre-paid classes every month for $5 per
class (supply cost). For those not in Cheyenne I will mail you the
instructions, and supplies (cardstock and embellishments) to make the card, I
can not send any stamped images. The Classes can not be saved up to use at
other times - such as if you only attended one class in April you could not
attend 3 in May. These do not count for pre-paid classes such as a class
to make a kit that Stampin' Up Sells or a class that includes a stamp set or
tool you will receive for the class. It also does not include
the Stamping in the Mail Class.
You can attend more classes but they will be for the full price
of the class
5. Mary's Stamping Happenings Rewards - Each month you will be able to choose
if you would like to have the Classes Reward of 1 circle per class or you would
like the Buying award 1 circle for every $30 worth
of merchandise purchased. If you do not tell me your choice
you will receive either what the last month reward was or if this is
the first month you will receive the Buying Award.
6. When you sign up you will receive a contract with all the details and rules
for the club, you will need to fill it out and return it, before you are
enrolled in the club.
7. If you and your friends would like to sign up for the same club
just let me know when you sign up.
