You can use strips of scrap Designer Series Paper and make this great card. Let's see how to do this.

Stamp set, Card Stock and Designer Series paper for your own.
Stamp Set - Flourishing Phrases
[Wood 141531, Clear 141534];
Ink - Dapper Denim [141394];
Card Stock - Daffodil
Delight 4 ¼ x 11 [119683];
Designer
Series Paper - Moroccan 4 1” strips different lengths [141645];
Accessories - Emerald Envy
3/8" (1 Cm) Ruched Ribbon [141425], Banner Triple Punch [138292], Glue
Dots [103683].
Instructions:
- Cut your Designer Series Strips to varying length and with the banner triple Punch, punch out one end.
- With Glue Dots attach the strips to the card.
- Wrap your ribbon around the upper portion of the card and tie in a knot.
- Stamp your Saying either on the front or inside.
