Stampin' Addicts Winter Holiday Blog Hop - Holiday Home Bundle

This is the Stampin' Addicts Winter Holiday Blog Hop.  We will be showing off a lot of items from the Stampin' Up! holiday Catalog.

If you have come in order you have just come from Betty (kittystamp).  She used the Gift Card Envelope Thinlit weren't her projects great.  I just love that Thinlit and am going to have to try a few of those.

I will be showing you the Holiday Home Bundle.  I just love this set as it is so versatile, Fall, Winter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and a New Home. I made a few cards using it and really love the look.

The First one I made was a Halloween Card.  I just love Halloween and this card just jumps.  Don't you love the ghosts?

This next one is a Quarter Fold card.  It is for a new home.  I love quarter fold cards and have been doing a few lately, well OK  I have been doing a lot lately.  Don't you love the quarter fold cards.

Then I just had to do a Christmas one.  I love the light string and the Santa Sleigh.  Love the snow it just reminds me of my Christmas Village.  

OK  I have been working with Vellum lately and I just had to try a Luminaria. I made this box with 4 different scenes but you could do it with just the same scene on each side. I love how the Tea light  makes them all dance, you can't see if very well in a still photo but it really is pretty.

Grandma's Rocking Chair - September 7, 2014 - Frightful Wreath

Today's Grandma's Rocking Chair will be about the Frightful Wreath Simply Created Kit.

I just have to say I just love this kit.  I have put two together so far.  I had a class on it and everyone loved it.  You can put it together according to instructions or vary it a little or a lot. Above is according to instructions below I varied it.

It is a little hard to see with my Black Apron but the Spider is hanging in the middle instead of the Rosette. 

The only negative comment I got was that it was harder to put the spider together than they thought. They thought it should have been put together before.  Then I said it would have only taken them 10 minutes to put it together. 

Here are some of my friends with their wreaths.  They really had a good time.

The Stamp Set is a 24 piece photopolymer stamp set.

The first card is a CASE on the card in the Holiday Catalog on page 16.

I just love this.  Leave off the Santa Sleigh and it can be used for any winter card.

This next one is about the technique  I have been fascinated with quarter fold cards and just had to make one with this set.  I used the Happy New Home but could use any greeting with it.

The next one is for my favorite holiday Halloween main reason I got this set was to do Halloween Cards.

Stamping in the Mail Class

Would you like to get inspiration in the mail, along with a stamp set? Well join me for Stamping in the Mail.  You will receive a Stamp Set, 3 finished cards using the stamp set, Step by Step Instructions for each of the cards and supplies to make each of the cards.

Here’s how it works
The First of each month I will post (http://marysstampinghappenings.blogspot.com, newsletter and https://www.facebook.com/MaryTrautnerStampinUp ) the stamp set and projects for that month. The Stamp set will be a current Stamp Set between $14.95 and $16.95.  You will receive 3 finished full cards using that set, instruction for making those cards and enough supplies that you can also finish each of those cards on your own. Cost including mailing to you will be $33 for clear Mount, $39 for wood mount and $17 for just cards, instructions and supplies*.  If you have this stamp set you may substitute another stamp set of same price but you must let me know when you opt in each month or you will receive the stamp set for that month.  You do not have to make a long term commitment you can participate month by month. But if you order 3 Consecutive months in your fourth month order you will get a present worth between $4.95 and $5.95.
Timeline
1st of Month posting of Stamp Set and Projects
1st – 10th of Each month e-mail me at marysstamping@gmail.com if you would like to participate that month.
1st – 10th I will send out pay-pal invoices for payment.  You may either mail me payment or use pay-pal to pay me.
10th Payment must reach me by 4 PM on this date.  If I do not have payment I will not be ordering for you that month.  If your payment comes in late I will either return it or you can credit it for the following month.
10th I will order all stamp sets and other supplies needed for your class.
10th – 20th I will be assembling your cards and supplies.
21st  - 25th I will mail your Stamping in the Mail.
Anyone in the US can join anytime.
*You may also order other items just let me know.

Grandma's Rocking Chair - August 10, 2014 - Holiday Mini Catalog

Let's look at what I have been up to with the Holiday Mini Catalog.

This one is Holiday Home.  You will be seeing this one again soon.  Not just Christmas but Halloween, Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter.  Really great Set and it comes with a Bundle with Framelits, that's how I got the houses cut out.
