Tips & Techniques Tuesday - April 7, 2015 - Watercolor Bokeh

Today I will be showing how to do the Watercolor Bokeh Technique.
I had showed you before the Bokeh technique using sponge daubers this one uses Auquapainter and reinkers.  I think it is a little brighter than the other bokeh technique.

 These two are in the same color the top one is done with sponge daubers and the one below is done with water coloring and re-inkers.
