Today in #simplestamping I would like ot use the Hand-Drawn Blooms set.  This set you can make some great quick cards or spend a little time adding some color.  I love big stamps that you can use for a note card all on it's own.  You know me as a simple stamper and these are the cards I love to do and the Hand-Drawn Bloom set just fits perfect with my style.

Such an easy card anyone even a new stamper can do this one.

Instructions:

1. With Memento Black stamp the top of the Bouquet.
2. With Memento Black stamp the bottom of the Bouquet.
3. With Stampin’ Write Markers color in some of the flowers and leaves.
4. With 2 colors of markers  ink up the Thank You and stamp next to bouquet.

Well I am going to show you a technique that is just as fun and you do it with Bubble Wrap.  There are so many household things that you can use to stamp with, dryer sheets, marbles, shaving cream and bubble wrap.  I think you will love this technique.

Instructions:

One Sheet Wonder –

1. With Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Grapefruit Grove, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive.  Stamp the Flowers and the Leaf all over the Whisper White Card Stock.
2. In the Stmapin’ Spritzer mix a few drops of Pool Party with Rubbing Alcohol.  Shake and then Spritz the Whisper White Card Stock.

Card Instructions:

1. Attach a 4 x 5 ¼ piece of your One Sheet Wonder to the Grapefruit Grove Card Base.
2. With Mango Melody Stamp the Large Flower on the Watercolor Paper
3. With just one drop of Grapefruit Grove and water watercolor the flower.
4. With the In the Tropics Dies cut out the Flower
5. With the Layering Circles cut out the Second Largest Scallop Circle from Grapefruit Grove and the next smaller one from Daffodil Delight.
6. With Stampin’ Dimensionals Attach the 2 Scallop Circle together.
7. With Stampin’ Dimensionals Attach the Flower to the Scallop Circles.
8. Attach the Circle and flower to the top of the card front.
9. With Grapefruit Grove Stamp the Thank you on the Daffodil Delight scrap and punch out with the pretty label punch.
10. With Stampin’ Dimensionals Attach the Punched out Saying to the Card Front.

Today is another great day to sow you another tip in using your Stamparatus.  I always have my Stamparatus out so I don't forget to use it.  I love doing Monochrome, rainbow and repeating images cards and the Stamparatus makes those so much easier to do. You can use this Technique for all those types of cards.  The Technique I call 2 Step Hinge Step Stamping and is a fun technique to use.

Stamp & Camp with Mary There's A Card Thursday - July 16, 2020 - Hand-Drawn Blooms Embossing on In Good Taste

How is everyone doing?  Cooped up long enough?  I don't like to be confined but I still don't want to catch Covid-19, a friend of mines husband just got out of the hospital after 3 weeks and is now going to be in rehab for a month or more.  So I guess staying home is not all that bad.  I have been working on some new videos and doing some great things with cards.

This card is one I made when I decided to take out my embossing supplies.  Being in an RV is hard to do embossing but I guess now I have no excuse while sitting home.  So I grabbed my heat tool and here I go.

 I love the simplicity of this card. Let's see how to make it.

Instructions:

1. Find a piece of the Designer Series Paper that the whisper White Embossing would show up on.  I choose the Burlap looked one in brown.  With Versamark Stamp the top of the Bouquet of flowers on the Designer Series Paper and then emboss with White Embossing powder.
2. With Versamark stamp the stems of the bouquet and then emboss with white embossing powder.
3. Attach the Designer Series Paper to the Basic Gray Card Front.
4. With Memento Black on the Whisper white piece of Card Stock stamp the Thank you in the middle and the small Daisies in 2 corners.
5. Attach the Whisper White to the inside of the Basic Gray Card Base.
