Tips & Techniques Tuesday - March 10, 2015 - Bokeh

Today we will learn a new technique at least for me - Bokeh technique.
In photography, bokeh (Originally /ˈboʊkɛ/, /ˈboʊkeɪ/ BOH-kay — also sometimes pronounced as /ˈboʊkə/ BOH-kə, Japanese: [boke]) is the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image produced by a lens. Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light".

Here are a few examples.

You can do it a number of ways this week we are are doing ink pads and sponge daubers next week we will be doing the water color Bokeh.

So Let's Go and see what the new rage is all about.

Isn't that a great technique?  I just love doing that.  In fact if you order from me during March you will get a card made with this technique.  Click here to order.
It is also a great time to order for Sale-A-Bration.  For every $50 worth of Stampin' Up! Prodcuts you get to choose a Sale-A-Bration product that you would like. Click Here to see the original brochure items and here to see the new adds.

Happy Stamping
Mary
