So in Tips & Techniques Tuesday I showed you the Stampin' Blend Smoosh Technique. You can view it here.
I love this technique as you can make so many different appearing cards with it.
Supplies: Stamp Set - Curvy Christmas [155364]; Ink – NOTE
You can use any Stampin’ Blends I used Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends Markers
Combo Pack [144598], Shaded Spruce Combo Pack Stampin' Blends [147938], Tuxedo
Black Memento Ink Pad [132708]; Card Stock - Whisper White 8 ½ x 5 ½ [100730], Cherry Cobbler 2 x 3 [119685], Window Sheets 2 - 4 x 5 ¼ [142314]; Designer Series Paper - ‘Tis The
Season 6" X 6" [153489]; Accessories - Mini Glue Dots [103683],
Stampin' Dimensionals [104430], Timeless Label Punch [149516], Stampin' Cut
& Emboss Machine [149653], Curvy Dies [154319], Spritzer or Spray Bottle
with Rubbing Alcohol, Embellishments from Paper Pumpkin.
Instructions:
- Scribble Stampin’ Blends on one Window Sheet you can do a couple of colors. Spritz the Window Sheet with Rubbing Alcohol. You may have to smear it with your fingers.
- Place the other window sheet over the alcohol window sheet. Smush down and then separate. You will have to dry these maybe overnight.
- Once Dry attach the Blend Smush Window Sheet to the Whisper White Card
- I took some 3 x 6 inch pieces of the Tis the Season and using the curves from the Curvy Dies ran them through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.
- I then laid them out how I wanted them and then attached them to the card front
- With Memento Black I stamped the saying on the Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and punched out.
- With Stampin’ Dimensionals attach the saying to the card front.
- I then decorated the card with stickers from a Paper Pumpkin I had left over. I tried to cover some of the glue dots that showed through.
